it only takes a second to smile and you never know who will fall in love with that beautiful smile of yours.
Honestly sometimes it turns a person's day into a brighter one if you just smile, whether you know them or not they will appreciate it because who knows what kind of day they have been through. I always believe that you should smile no matter what situation is, you never want to show people your fear for some take it as a sign of weakness and prey at that to make you feel insecure and no one can make you feel inferior without your consent NO ONE!
Anyways, smiling will always help because in the end its about helping yourself feel better and no one looks good with a frown..right?
I am someone who is at times quite emotional and dramatic, I always feel that people shouldn't be hurting my feelings and when they do I feel all upset about it and I can't take it. However I do try to change things, smile and move on because honestly those who criticize you often are just saying the truth and far too often the truth hurts and you just have to deal with it.
So just some food for thought, always smile, the problem you are facing is not that bad and tomorrow is another day for you to make amends and learn from your mistakes and to create a brighter day for yourself.
